Robert Gonzalez, Technical Director

Robert is the founder of Light Jab. He is a solutions architect with over 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Robert has worked on many large-scale projects with clients including UPS, 3M, University of Texas, and San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau. In his off time, you can find Robert running around the shores of Lady Bird Lake in Austin.

Randy Ramirez, Technical Consultant

Randy manages all project phases for the company. Randy has an extensive technical background in the software life cycle that began over 15 years ago with his roots as a software developer and continues today managing software development teams to keep them on track and running smoothly. He has managed projects for clients that include Chevron, Charles Schwab, Southwest Airlines, and Land Rover North America. When not in the office, Randy is enjoying time with his early school age daughter Marley and wife Lisa.
